Meet The Chefs
Chef Ramon Campana, is a graduate from the Arts Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Chef Ramon is experienced in multiple cuisines, and his mission with Sauwce is to provide pure satisfaction in all aspects of food service. His passion for creating new dishes is what keeps him interested in learning and creating new dishes. Each plate is a learning experience to indulge in.
Chef Joshua Labranche is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He got his start in the restaurant business in 2010 as a dishwasher, and has since worked his way through the ranks after finding his love of cooking. Chef Josh decided to open Sauwce together with Chef Ramon as a way to provide good, healthy, and natural dishes while continuing to follow his passion!
